Improving Service Standards

We would like to offer a belated welcome to Emma Baker who joined our surveying support team earlier this year. Emma has many years experience in the industry and is a highly efficient PA to Richard. Emma is now dealing with most of our initial Survey enquiries. She sends out our terms and conditions and books appointments without delay. Emma has genuinely excellent customer service skills and her efficiency is simply fantastic. Emma also has experience of RICS compliance issues and she has implemented new administrative systems to improve both our compliance with RICS requirements and our general operating efficiency. It is in part thanks to Emma that Edwin Lake Ltd recently passed a stringent RICS audit which reviews in detail our service standards and compliance with RICS regulatory requirements. We are now sending out invoices at the time of instruction. Although advance payment is appreciated it is certainly not essential. We are happy to wait for payment until the Survey report or Valuation has been dispatched.
