SURVEY FEES
The following fee scale is a guideline and applies to standard properties. Whilst we almost always adhere to the fee scale where possible occasionally a fee may need to be increased if, for example, the property in question is particularly large given the price, if in particularly poor condition or if it has been extended several times.

VAT is payable on the fees quoted above at the current rate of 20%.
A flat fee of £200 plus VAT will be charged for all Shared Ownership and Help to Buy Valuation Reports.
