Edwin Lake announce new link with HSBC and First Direct

We are pleased to announce a new panel appointment with HSBC. From November 2010 we commenced carrying out Mortgage Valuations, RICS HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys for HSBC and First Direct and their borrowers, primarily in BS and BA post codes. This supplements our existing relationships with a range of high quality market leading mortgage providers to include Natwest, Nationwide, Santander and Northern Rock. It is now a number of years since we carried out Valuations for any ‘secondary’ or non-mainstream lenders and we have no plans to re-enter this market in the future.
